SOLE SOURCE NOTICE

The Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) has a requirement for an ultra, custom, high-powered workstation capable of running, modifying, and creating advanced AI models in support of approved research studies. The vendor will provide all required products to the required specifications, and perform the specified benchmark tests, to be delivered to NSMRL. The key features of the workstation include a custom-built system with a Threadripper Pro 9995WX 2.5GHz 96 Core processor, 512GB of DDR5 ECC RAM, and two NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q Workstation Edition 96GB PCI-E accelerators. The vendor will also provide a range of software, including Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, LibreOffice, VLC, and Chrome. The workstation will be delivered to the NSMRL in Groton, CT, and the vendor will be required to perform a series of benchmark tests to ensure that the workstation functions as requested. Some of the key responsibilities of the vendor include: * Providing all necessary equipment, parts, software, and supplies for the workstation * Performing benchmark testing to ensure the workstation functions as requested * Delivering the workstation to NSMRL in Groton, CT * Providing technical support and maintenance for the workstation
