Sewers Sand & Stone

The City of Toledo’s Division of Purchases and Supplies is seeking competitive quotations for the bulk supply of sand and stone to support its Sewer & Drainage division. The material must meet Ohio Department of Transportation 2023 construction specifications and be delivered to the primary site at 4032 Creekside Ave, Toledo, OH 43612 (or any Toledo‑area storage yard). Quantities are estimated only; the City may order more or less than the estimates provided. Bidders must submit a single price per line‑item, include required City, Annual, and Project paperwork, and provide a bid guaranty (2.5 % for bids ≤ $75,000 or 5 % for bids > $75,000).
