Description
The Clean Water Services is seeking bids for the Durham WRRF Road Repair and Replacement Project No. 7293. The project involves rehabilitating and replacing the existing plant roadway, regrading areas of uneven or improperly draining pavement, replacing the existing vault lid, rehabilitating existing manholes, catch basins, and valve boxes, and restriping rehabilitated and replaced roadways. The estimated construction cost of the work is $1,400,000.
• The project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
• Bidders must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279C to submit a bid for public work in Oregon.
• A prebid conference and site visit are required, which will be held on March 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time.

• The successful bidder will be required to furnish additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the bidding documents.
