Description
The City of Ringgold is seeking an architectural firm to prepare a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR), conduct required environmental reviews, and subsequently provide full design, construction‑administration, and related services for federally‑funded downtown streetscape improvements, commercial rehabilitation, and new residential construction projects. The selection will be based on qualifications and relevant experience, particularly with ARC, EDA, and other federal grant programs, rather than price. The firm must hold Georgia architectural licensure, demonstrate financial stability, and be able to deliver the PAR quickly, with the overall contract expected to be completed within a one‑year window.
• Prepare and obtain approval of the Preliminary Architectural Report and environmental review documentation.
• Design and produce complete bid packages, manage bid solicitation, and oversee construction observation and contract administration.
• Provide final as‑built drawings, ensure labor‑law compliance, and deliver all required documentation to the City.
