REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE LEASE OF 20,095 SF OF OFFICE SPACE & 195 SF OF OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA IN HAYS OR CALDWELL, COUNTY, TEXAS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY - DRIVERS LICENSE (DPS-DL)

The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is soliciting proposals for the lease of 20,095 SF of office space and 195 SF of outdoor lounge area in Hays or Caldwell County, Texas. The lease is for the Department of Public Safety - Drivers License (DPS-DL). The proposals must meet the requirements outlined in the RFP, including location, space, and lease term. The evaluation criteria include litigation history, location, price, relevant experience, financial condition, references, and condition of facility/property. • The lease term will be for 5 or 10 years. • The lease space must be located in Hays or Caldwell County, within the I-35 and SH 130 corridor. • The proposer must provide a copy of the proposed site plan and a city or county map indicating the location of the building/site offered. • The proposer must also provide information on the condition of the facility/property, including age, security, and ADA compliance.
