Columbia Point Marina Dredging Sampling and Analysis

The City of Richland is seeking a consultant to develop and implement a Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) and laboratory testing for chemical properties of the soil within the Columbia Point Marina for future dredging. The scope of work includes field sampling and sediment chemistry, data analysis and report development, and providing sampling for dredging assessment services. The City is looking for a consultant with experience in dredging, soil sampling and analysis within water, shoreline stabilization, civil engineering, environmental engineering, and cultural resource protection. The project is expected to start in April 2026 and be completed within 24 months. The City's 2026 budget includes funds dedicated to this project, with an estimated cost between $100,000 and $150,000.
