Description
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking a contractor to renovate the Emergency Operations Center (E.O.C.) at their headquarters. The scope of work includes installing ceiling tiles, carpet tiles, drywall, and LED lights, as well as painting and cleaning the area. The contractor will be required to provide proof of business registration, insurance, and other necessary documents. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, and the contract will be subject to the fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
• The contractor must be licensed and have experience working on residential and commercial large building projects.
• The contractor must provide high-quality equipment and materials that will be installed as per the manufacturer’s recommendation.
• The contractor must have a proven record of success working with a wide array of construction materials and equipment.
• The contractor must ensure the project is completed within the specified time.
