Property Tracking and Land Management System

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is seeking a Property and Land management system to manage its land and property assets. The system should provide an intuitive interface for divisions to enter and update property and building information, establish parent/child relationships, and generate standardized reports. The system should also be able to integrate with existing platforms such as OAKS, OhioBuys, and GIS platforms. The project includes the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of the system for an initial term, with the option to renew for up to 36 months. • The system must be able to track the department's building and land asset portfolio. • The system must be able to provide automated alerts for document expirations, insurance renewals, and compliance deadlines. • The system must be compatible with mobile devices and allow for remote access. • The system must comply with all relevant ODNR policies concerning Data Privacy and Security. • The system must be able to integrate with the OH|ID platform.
