Description
The Tualatin Valley Water District is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to provide engineering design and construction support services for the Cooper Mountain Pump Station and Reservoir Project No. C12774. The project involves the design of a pump station and reservoir, and the selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering design and construction support services. The proposal submission deadline is December 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM PST, and proposals must be submitted through the Bid Locker website. The district reserves the right to cancel the RFP, reject any and all proposals, and negotiate a contract with the highest-scoring proposer.
• The proposal must include all required documents and information as specified in the RFP.
• The proposer must register with Bid Locker and obtain an approved vendor profile before submitting a proposal.
• The district will notify proposers via email when addenda are published, and it is the responsibility of the proposer to obtain all addenda.
• The district reserves the right to waive informalities and negotiate a contract with the highest-scoring proposer.
