Description
The County of Monterey is seeking a contractor to construct new concrete curbs, curb ramps, and sidewalks across multiple streets in San Ardo, along with associated site work, paving, drainage, signage, lighting, and fencing. The scope covers demolition of existing pavement, excavation, utility installation, asphalt placement, concrete work, traffic‑control signage, solar‑powered lighting beacons, and related environmental controls, to be completed within a 60‑working‑day window.
• New concrete curbs, curb ramps, sidewalks, and detectable warning surfaces
• Asphalt removal, cold‑planing, and hot‑mix asphalt placement for roadway upgrades
• Utility trenching, pipe installation, drainage, and water‑pollution control measures
• Traffic‑control devices, striping, signage, solar lighting, and beacon installation
