Description
The VA New Jersey Healthcare System, Lyons campus, is seeking a replacement paging system for Building 57. The system must meet the salient characteristics of the Bogen Nyquist system. The vendor will be responsible for removing the non-working paging system, providing and installing new equipment, and training VA staff on the new system. The work must be completed within 21 days of the award, and the contractor must follow all VA, OSHA, and EPA safety policies.
Some key requirements of the project include:
• Removing the non-working paging system and disposing of it
• Providing and installing new equipment, including a Nyquist system controller, audio power amps, and software licenses
• Installing, programming, and testing the new equipment with VA staff
• Training VA staff on the proper operation of the new system
• Ensuring all debris is cleaned up and removed from the premises upon completion
