40x80 POLE BUILDING

The City of Salisbury is seeking a qualified vendor to construct a 40x80 pole building at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The building should be 40 feet wide and 80 feet long with a wall height of 12 feet 4 inches. The vendor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and incidentals. The City requires the vendor to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The building will have a minimum of 28 gauge side metal with a 50-year warranty. • The roof metal will be a minimum of 27 gauge with a 50-year warranty. • The vendor must remove all trash and excess material from the job site at completion and rough grade any disturbances from the course of the work. • The vendor will be required to provide commercial general liability insurance, commercial automobile insurance, and worker's compensation insurance. • The City reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with the provisions of the bid documents.
