Description
The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) at Edwards Air Force Base seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive underground storage tank (UST) inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services under an indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract. The effort is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside with a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ structure, spanning approximately five years (1 Oct 2026 – 30 Sep 2031). The contractor will be responsible for monthly visual inspections, annual testing and certification, brine‑solution management, repair of identified deficiencies, data entry into the Air Program Information Management System (APIMS), and on‑site training of facility personnel. All work must comply with California UST regulations, CMMC Level 2 cybersecurity requirements, and Air Force safety and environmental policies. Submissions are due electronically by 9 Sep 2026; questions must be submitted by 24 Aug 2026.
