Description
The California Department of Transportation, Division of Equipment, is seeking bids for the supply of 19 BODY, LITTER PICKER units, in accordance with State of California Specification 01257-432-252 and all included drawings. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all administrative and technical requirements. The bidder must provide complete descriptive literature with the bid and note the brand name, model, or catalog number on the price sheet. The supplier shall be capable of providing parts, service, warranty, and training for the equipment bid as specified.
• The equipment shall be new and the latest model in current production.
• The supplier shall provide a California retailer's seller's permit or certification of registration.
• The bidder must complete and sign the Payee Data Record (STD. 204) and submit with the IFB submittal.
• The bidder must complete and return the Postconsumer-Content Certification form (CalRecycle 74) with the bid response.
• The bidder must complete the Bidder Declaration Form GSPD-05-105 and include it with the bid response.
• The supplier agrees to provide verification that DVBE subcontractor participation under this agreement is in compliance with the goals specified at the time of award of contract/purchase order.
• The State reserves the right to select the form of payment for all procurements.
• Prices shall remain fixed for a minimum of four (4) months from the date of the purchase order.
• The State reserves the right to purchase a minimum of one (1) additional unit, or up to an additional 50% of the quantity on the Purchase Order, at bid prices.
