Description
The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the renovation of ten USTA regulation tennis courts, perimeter fence, and subsurface drainage located at Mill Creek Regional Park. The project shall commence immediately after the County's issuance of Notice to Proceed, and the contractor shall achieve substantial completion within 120 calendar days and final acceptance within 150 calendar days. The contractor must demonstrate experience with similar projects and provide a minimum of three references.
• The project includes site development, demolition, earthwork, erosion prevention, storm drainage, base asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, fencing, and tennis court surface coatings.
• The contractor must comply with all city and county regulations, including time-of-day and scheduling restrictions.
• The contractor is responsible for coordinating with property owners and ensuring access to properties is maintained.
• The contractor must provide payment and performance bonds, as well as insurance certificates.
• The contract may be terminated for failure to timely return signed contract, insurance certificate, and bonds, or for cause.
• The contractor must indemnify the County against any claims, damages, or liabilities.
