Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic is seeking information on Direct Digital Controllers utilizing software for Configuration/Programming and for Connection to the EMCS at various government installations. The controllers must be capable of controlling Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, being operated using Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) software, Johnson Controls International PLC (JCI) software, or Trane software, and connecting to existing Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS). The notice is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal, quote, or invitation for bid.
• The controllers must be installed by manufacturer authorized/trained/certified companies and individuals.
• The controllers must be capable of obtaining and maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) certification.
• The government is seeking information on commercially available direct digital controllers that meet the specified requirements.
• Interested parties must provide company information, technical information on their direct digital controllers, and experience with similar projects.
