Description
The David Douglas School District is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the provision of HVAC Merv13 filters. The district is looking for a firm that can provide and deliver filters to each of its schools, the district office, and satellite locations on a quarterly basis. The contract will be for a period of one year, with options to renew for up to six additional one-year terms. The evaluation criteria will include technical proposal, price proposal, and may include an interview/presentation.
• The technical proposal will be evaluated based on the proposer's experience, litigation history, and financial standing.
• The price proposal will be evaluated based on the proposer's pricing and any discounts offered.
• The interview/presentation will be used to clarify any questions or concerns the evaluation committee may have.
