Description
The City of Grand Junction is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and instrumentation & control (I&C) support services for its Persigo Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contract will cover system operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, software updates, calibration of field instrumentation, and training of plant staff. This opportunity is suited for firms with experience in SCADA system integration, water‑utility control systems, and industrial instrumentation support.
• Scope includes 24/7 monitoring, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to system faults.
• Requires expertise in SCADA software platforms, PLC/HMI configuration, and wastewater‑treatment instrumentation.
• Contractor will act as the primary technical support liaison for the plant’s control infrastructure.
