Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to develop standardized lender review guides for evaluating lenders participating in the Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RBCS), Single-Family Housing (SFH), and Multi-Family Housing (MFH) guaranteed loan programs. The contractor will conduct lender reviews using approved review guides and provide reports for each lender reviewed. The contract will be split into an initial term dedicated to working on the RBCS Guaranteed Loan program and then two optional terms dedicated to the SFH and MFH Guaranteed Loan programs.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Developing review guides based on applicable regulatory requirements
• Conducting lender reviews using approved review guides
• Providing reports for each lender reviewed, including key findings, identified risks, and recommended corrective actions
• Updating review guides based on findings and government feedback
• Ensuring all deliverables comply with Section 508 requirements
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information
