Wake Technical Community College is seeking a design firm to provide services for a roofing assessment and potential replacement of roofs at two of its campuses. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing existing roofing conditions, preparing alternative assembly selections, and providing full design services. The firm should have experience in similar projects and demonstrate a combination of experience and personnel to provide timely, cost-effective, and quality service. The scope of services includes schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and closeout.
