The work involves boring a new 8‑inch pipeline alignment across state‑owned submerged lands beneath the Twentymile River, using heavy equipment, to bypass a leak in the existing line. The authorization is valid from August 18 2026 through October 17 2026, after which a long‑term easement may be pursued. ENSTAR must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, maintain environmental safeguards, and submit a completion report within 30 days of termination.
