The City of Suffolk is soliciting a qualified contractor to execute a full kitchen addition at the Suffolk Executive Airport, delivering a complete build‑out that includes all labor, materials, equipment, and related services as defined in the contract documents. The scope covers demolition (if any), structural work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish work required to create a functional airport kitchen facility. Mandatory pre‑bid meeting and site visit are scheduled, and several addenda and drawing packages are available for review. • Provides turnkey construction services (plant, labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals). • Must adhere to all specifications, terms, conditions, and drawings included in the bid documents and addenda. • Mandatory pre‑bid meeting and site tour on August 4, 2026 at the airport location. • All relevant plans, specifications, and addenda (Addendum 1 & 2) are supplied as PDFs.
