S16012534 - Milk Testing Services

The California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) is soliciting bids for State certified food product testing (lab testing) services for raw and finished milk products produced at the CALPIA Milk Processing Enterprise at California State Prison, Corcoran. The contractor will be required to provide lab testing services, including testing for various milk products, and will be expected to pick up milk samples from the CALPIA Dairy - Milk Processing Enterprise on a weekly basis. The contract term is expected to be two years, with an option to extend for an additional year. • The contractor must have experience with services similar in nature to the services identified in the attached Scope of Work. • The contractor must provide proof of five years of experience with services similar in nature to the services identified in the attached Scope of Work. • The contractor must maintain all required licenses and/or permits in full force and effect during the term of the contract. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment provisions and the standard language.
