Survey Services as part of Rouse/Colorado Neighborhood - Area 9 Septic to Sewer Conversion Project

The City of Modesto is seeking a consultant to provide survey services for the Rouse/Colorado Neighborhood - Area 9 Septic to Sewer Conversion Project. The project involves converting 167 parcels from a septic system to the City of Modesto's Sewer System. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing survey services, including public outreach, coordination with property owners, and compilation of data into a survey base map drawing. The consultant will work under the general direction of the City of Modesto's Utilities Department, Engineering Services Division. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating and conducting project kickoff meetings • Public outreach and coordination with property owners • Compilation of data into a survey base map drawing • Providing digital copies of the topographic survey base map drawing in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023 format The City is seeking a consultant with experience in survey services, particularly in projects of similar magnitude and scope. The consultant should have a strong understanding of the project's scope of services and be able to demonstrate their approach to providing survey services.
