Description
The Park Creek Elementary School Modifications project involves various construction works, including reroofing, demolition, addition, and modifications to the front entrance canopy, HVAC replacement, site improvements, and additional renovations. The project will be designed and constructed to a level of quality and timeliness that reflects the use of a public-owned facility. The Construction Management firm will be responsible for developing cost estimates, schedules, and budgets, as well as coordinating the work of all construction and miscellaneous contracts required for completion of the project within its predetermined budget and schedule.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Reroofing of existing low sloped roof areas with a new 25-year TPO roofing
• Demolition, addition, and modifications to the front entrance canopy
• HVAC replacement, partial
• Site improvements, including drives and parking lots
• Additional renovations and modifications to the existing building as defined by the Owner
The Construction Management firm will be selected based on their experience, qualifications, and proposal, and will be responsible for performing all the requirements of the Contract Documents within the time limits established.
