The VA is seeking a qualified vendor to perform on‑site visual inspections, infrared (IR) scanning, and oil sampling (including dielectric strength, water content, dissolved gas analysis, and PCB testing) of medium‑voltage transformers at its Albany and Bronx facilities. The work is set‑aside for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and must be completed within a 14‑day window after start‑up, with a period of performance from November 1 2026 to December 31 2026.
