Description
The State of Tennessee seeks a qualified contractor to fully renovate the Camp Store at Henry Horton State Park, including demolition, structural framing, electrical and HVAC upgrades, interior and exterior finishes, and installation of specialty doors and fixtures. The work must be completed within a defined on‑site window and adhere to state‑specified brands, licensing, insurance, and bonding requirements.
• Scope covers complete interior demolition, new framing, electrical rewiring, HVAC mini‑split installation, and finish work (painting, flooring, ceiling, doors, lighting).
• Contractor must hold a valid Tennessee building contractor license (BC‑B sm, BC‑B, BC‑C, CE, or CMC) and provide a 25 % payment bond for contracts > $100 k.
• All work to be performed Dec 14 2026‑Mar 3 2027, with a bid window opening 10/06/2026 and closing 10/21/2026.
