Description
The Union County Group Home Renovation project involves a comprehensive interior renovation of an existing facility. The work includes modernizing and reorganizing the interior layout to better serve its intended use while meeting current accessibility, safety, and functional requirements. The project requires coordinating with Union County Facilities and Fleet Management for access, security, and shutdowns. The successful bidder will be required to provide a non-collusion affidavit, a deposit of 5% of the bid, and comply with Union County Minority and Small Business Guidelines and Outreach Plan goals.
• The project includes renovation of bedrooms, a dining room, kitchen, multiple bathrooms, storage rooms, laundry, IT room, and open areas.
• The project requires a license to do work as a contractor in the State of North Carolina.
