Description
The City of Dunwoody is seeking design professional services for the construction of the Homecoming Park Project. The project includes the development of a 9.3-acre park with recreational amenities, pedestrian event structures, and natural outdoor wellness and garden areas. The selected design professional will provide comprehensive professional design services, including site investigations, surveys, and design development. The project delivery method will be Construction Manager at Risk.
• The project includes the design of park facilities, such as restrooms, a picnic pavilion, and a community building.
• The design professional will be responsible for coordinating with reviewing authorities and incorporating required revisions and resubmissions through permit approvals.
• The project has a stated cost limitation of $4,200,000.00, and the final budget may differ due to actual program requirements, funding, and other circumstances.
• The project schedule anticipates design to begin in Q1 of 2026 and be finalized by approximately Q3 of 2026, with construction completing approximately Q2 of 2027.
