Jeffco Airtanker Base- Remediation Services

The USDA is seeking a contractor to provide remediation services for water damage at the Jeffco Air Tanker Base in Colorado. The contract will require the removal of damaged interior components, including wall sheetrock, floor, and base, and the in-kind replacement of insulation and sheetrock, trim, and professional cleaning of work areas and building disinfection. The contractor must have a Colorado Remediation License and be able to meet the schedule requirements listed in the Statement of Work. The evaluation criteria include technical approach, price, and past performance. • The contract is a total small business set-aside, and the applicable NAICS code is 562910. • The small business size standard is $25 million. • The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. • The contract will be awarded to the offeror representing the best value to the Government.
