The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Information Technology Division is seeking competitive bids to provide a statewide subscription, licensing, and support package for the Cúram by Merative software suite used by the NC FAST program. The contract will cover a large inventory of user‑based annual subscriptions (both authorized‑user and professional tiers) across multiple functional modules (Business Intelligence, Appeals, Outcome Management, Provider Management, Income Support, etc.). The award will be a three‑year firm‑fixed‑price agreement with optional one‑year extensions, and the vendor must deliver all software licenses within ten calendar days of purchase‑order issuance. Bids must be submitted electronically via the NC Ariba e‑procurement portal by the bid opening time.
• Scope: Supply, deliver, and support dozens of Cúram software modules (≈ 200 k user licenses total) for the NC FAST program.
• Contract term: 3 years (with two optional 1‑year extensions).
