Statewide - Adaptive Technology

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide adaptive technology products and services to various state agencies. The contractor will be required to provide products such as screen readers, braille displays, and other adaptive technology products. The contractor will also be required to provide consumer support services and deliver products to program participants throughout the state. The contract will be for a period of one year, and the vendor must be registered in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS, to submit a proposal. • The contractor must have at least two years of experience in providing adaptive technology products. • The contractor must provide product information, including features, description, and documentation related to installation, setup, and usage. • The contractor must provide an account manager dedicated to working with the state agency. • The contractor must be able to receive purchase orders via fax and email. • The contractor must establish procedures to effectively track orders, invoices, returns, and other program activity.
