Description
Cherokee Nation Entertainment, L.L.C. is seeking proposals for the renewal of their Varonis DatAdvantage. The selected firm will provide Varonis for Windows/NAS SaaS Subscription and Collector License. The bidder must provide all the information required by the RFP documents and comply with the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) regulations. The bidder must also provide a copy of their TERO certificate, if applicable. The contract will be awarded based on the bidder's qualifications, experience, and price. The bidder must also comply with the Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission (CNGC) policies and procedures, if applicable.

• The bidder must have experience and familiarity with the work of the character specified.
• The bidder must have the financial ability to perform the work successfully and properly to completion.
• The bidder must give preference to Indian organizations, Indian-owned enterprises, and individuals, with first preference given to members of the Cherokee Nation.
