The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking expressions of interest for a new lease to replace an existing lease for the Sanford Vet Center in Sanford, Maine. The VA is looking for approximately 5,097 square feet of medical/clinical office space, with a minimum of 20 parking spaces. The space must be handicapped accessible, ADA compliant, and meet various federal and local government requirements. The lease term is 20 years, with 5 years firm and 15 years soft.
