Construction Inspection Services for Payne Park Aquatic Facility

The City of North Tonawanda is seeking a qualified engineering firm(s) to provide construction inpection (CI) services for the Payne Park Aquatic Facility project located at the Payne Park, 848 Payne Avenue North Tonawanda, NY 14120. It is anticipated that the services to be provided may be required for up to one (1) year, commencing in the Spring of 2026. Work will be divided into 4 prime contracts: General Construction, Electrical Construction, HVAC, and Plumbing. The work includes a new outdoor swimming pool, seasonal pool house, pool slides, water features, pool accessiories, fencing, sidewalks, parking lot, utilities, sitework, and landscaping. All proposals must be received on time and in full compliance with the instructions provided in the RFP.
