Exterior Facade and Windows Cleaning Service at New US Embassy Compound

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking a contractor to provide exterior facade and windows cleaning services for the New US Embassy Compound. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. The contractor will be responsible for performing cleaning services, including furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services. The contractor must operate an established business with licenses, a permanent address, and a telephone listing in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. • The contractor will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. • The contractor will provide personal protective equipment for their personnel. • The contractor will submit a list of equipment, including brands and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all cleaning agents used. • The contractor will label all cleaning agents when stored at the US Embassy building. • The contractor will not depart the Embassy grounds while in possession of any keys. • The contractor will store materials, tools, and equipment in a lockable site box provided by the contractor.
