The Brighton Area Schools is seeking a contractor to replace and renovate the rooftop mechanical units at Brighton High School. The project involves removing and replacing 14 rooftop units, two energy recovery ventilators, and one cooling tower, as well as installing a new rooftop chiller. The contractor will be responsible for managing the project, providing all necessary connection accessories, and submitting a final adjusted schedule. The project is expected to be completed in two phases, with the first phase focusing on interior structural work and the second phase beginning after the new mechanical units are delivered.
