Description
The Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide conference room and lodging services for their Field Services Annual Training, which will take place from April 19, 2026, to April 24, 2026. The vendor must provide a conference room with seating for 100 people, audiovisual equipment, and catering services, including daily beverages and snacks, continental breakfast, and a buffet-style dinner on Thursday. The vendor must also provide lodging for approximately 100 attendees, with a block of 15 rooms on Sunday and a block of 70 rooms from Monday to Thursday. The venue must be located in one of the specified counties in Illinois and must be ADA accessible. The vendor must provide onsite parking and include all expenses in their quote.
