Sources Sought Notice - O&M with Incidental Repair and Minor Construction IDIQ MATOC in Support of DHA - West of the Mississippi Region

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District is seeking sources for a potential Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) with incidental repair and minor construction in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in the West of the Mississippi Region. The contract will require the performance of O&M, repair, and minor construction at various military medical facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to operate and maintain the facilities' systems and utilities infrastructure. The contract is expected to be a five-year ordering period with an anticipated dollar value of $450,000,000.00. • The contractor will be required to minimize interference with the daily operation of the facilities and implement infection control processes. • The contractor will be required to comply with Joint Commission requirements and other applicable regulations. • The contractor will be responsible for verifying all existing conditions, quantities, measurements, and distances. • The contractor will be required to provide documentation of their capability and experience in providing services for maintenance and repair of preventive, predictive, demand, and emergency maintenance of all facility systems and components. • The contractor will be required to provide information on their interest in proposing on a solicitation for a single MATOC that includes all of the states in the West of the Mississippi Region.
