The Kenai Peninsula Borough is seeking a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to fully reconstruct the former Soldotna Preparatory (now Soldotna Elementary) school facility and associated site improvements. The contractor will be responsible for pre‑construction services (design coordination, cost estimating, value‑engineering, procurement) and construction execution under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) delivery method, with a target substantial completion no later than July 1 2027. The scope includes demolition, replacement of exterior metal doors, interior heavy‑duty metal doors, fire‑sprinkler integration, HDPE toilet partitions, laminated glazing, food‑service equipment installation, and coordination of all subcontractors and suppliers.
