This RFQ seeks a qualified printer to produce a 4‑color, full‑bleed brochure (24 × 17 in. flat, folded to 4 × 8.5 in.) on 70‑lb silk/dull‑coated text paper for the Juan Bautista de Anza National Historic Trail. The contractor must provide PDF and physical pre‑production proofs, adhere to strict GPO quality and packaging requirements, and deliver the finished product to Washington, DC by early September, with final distribution to a historic park in Arizona.
• Produce 3‑plus copies (award based on highest quantity at a fixed price of $4,159) with additional copy pricing per unit.
• Follow GPO Form 905, 917, and 2678 labeling, and meet the 9 Sept 2026 delivery deadline.
• Submit all quotes via the GPO Publish portal by 12 PM ET on 30 July 2026; provide proofs to designated contacts promptly.
