The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide a 2023 or newer Chevrolet Traverse or better, dropped floor conversion with additional modifications. The vehicle is to be used for a physically challenged citizen of North Carolina. The scope of work includes the conversion of the vehicle, installation of adaptive equipment, and training for the client. The vendor must meet all the requirements and specifications stated in the IFB, including pricing, product identification, delivery, and installation. • The vehicle must be a 2023 or newer Chevrolet Traverse or better • The conversion must include a dropped floor, side entry, and installation of adaptive equipment • The vendor must provide training for the client on the use of the adaptive equipment • The vendor must meet all the requirements and specifications stated in the IFB • The vendor must provide a detailed pricing breakdown, including parts and labor costs • The vendor must provide a warranty for the conversion and adaptive equipment • The vendor must provide maintenance and repair services for the vehicle and adaptive equipment
