The State of Colorado, Department of Personnel & Administration, is providing notice of a contractor's settlement for the Burnham Yard Redevelopment - Demolition project. The contractor, Studio 7 North, Inc. dba Western Wrecking, will be receiving final settlement for their work on the project. Any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim prior to the final settlement.
• The project involves demolition work at the Former Burnham Yard, 800 Seminole Road, Denver, Colorado.
• The final settlement will be made on 02/21/2026.
• Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency.
• Failure to file a claim prior to the final settlement will relieve the State of Colorado from any and all liability for such claim.
