The Navajo Nation Division of Transportation is seeking a vendor to supply brand‑new IT hardware and related software, including HP workstations, monitors, Ricoh scanners, Logitech peripherals, APC UPS units, and Adobe Acrobat subscriptions, together with a five‑year extended warranty on all major hardware. Proposals must be emailed, limited to 30 pages (excluding cover letter and cost sheet), and must include mandatory attachments such as SAM/CAGE ID, IRS Form W‑9, Navajo Debarment & Suspension Form, and three references.
