Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrades (New Single Story PEMB/Demo Old Building)

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey for the upgrade of the Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant (IWTP) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). The project includes demolishing the existing IWTP and constructing a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with associated equipment and lift stations. The new building will have an industrial waste treatment processing area, office/work areas, equalization tank/area, storm shelter restroom, and utility support spaces. The project also involves replacing lift stations and installing new piping. Key aspects of the project include: • Demolition of the existing IWTP and construction of a new PEMB • Replacement of lift stations and installation of new piping • Construction of a new industrial waste treatment processing area and associated spaces • The project is estimated to be between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 • The FAA is seeking capability statements from interested vendors, including information on their services, experience, and size status.
