Revised TOS No. 17-065A - Pio Pico Library Pocket Park Project - Construction Phase

The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering Division is requesting a Revised Task Order proposal for the Pio Pico Library Pocket Park Project - Construction Phase. The scope of work includes providing continued geotechnical observation and testing, observation/testing of methane mitigation, and preparing certification reports. The proposal should include an updated Schedule B and should be sent via email to Easton Forcier by 4:00 pm on Monday, November 24, 2025. • The project requires additional 30 full days of observation and testing by a Deputy Methane Inspector and five full days of observation and testing by a Field Technician. • The proposal should include appropriate costs to provide the final certification report for the methane barrier installation and final compaction report for the earthwork. • The City has set anticipated subconsultant participation levels of 18% MBE, 4% WBE, 25% SBE, 8% EBE, and 3% DVBE.
