Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB) is seeking qualified general contractors to refurbish the second‑floor fitness‑center locker rooms in Williams Tower II, downtown Tulsa. The contract is a lump‑sum, all‑inclusive price broken down into labor and materials, and includes mandatory TERO compliance. The scope covers demolition, interior finish work, new quartz countertops, mirrors, lighting, and plumbing fixture installation, using specified manufacturers.
• Demolition of existing cabinets, countertops, vanity lights, and mirrors; wall patching and limited painting.
• Installation of Wilsonart River Glen quartz countertops, Kohler decorative mirrors, Nyra 25 bath fixtures, and new plumbing (undermount sinks, deck‑mount faucets, traps, and re‑routed lines).
• Replacement of hallway lighting with three Kuzco Anello pendant fixtures; full coordination of millwork, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Requirement to submit a bid with hourly rates (if applicable), detailed work effort, schedule, and any exceptions; include TERO certificate for tribal preference.
