ITB 17th Street Sidewalk Construction

The Westside/Howell Mill Community Improvement District (Upper Westside CID) is seeking proposals for the construction of a 10'-12.5' wide sidewalk along the north side of 17th Street between Howell Mill Rd and Northside Dr. The project requires the contractor to self-perform 51% of the work with equipment owned by their own organization. The contractor must also provide proof of company-owned equipment and meet the minimum qualifications set forth in the ITB. The project must be completed within 200 calendar days from the signing of the contract. • The contractor must have the minimum experience set forth in the ITB. • The contractor must provide proof of company-owned equipment. • The contractor must meet the minimum qualifications set forth in the ITB. • The project must be completed within 200 calendar days from the signing of the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding requirements.
