Sealed RFP for Payroll and Time Management solution

The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is seeking proposals for a modern, reliable, and user-friendly Payroll and Time Management solution to support accurate time entry, approvals, overtime compliance, leave tracking, scheduling, payroll processing, and reporting. The solution must be able to integrate with the existing financial environment, including payroll export, general ledger reporting, or data exchange capabilities. The successful respondent will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required services. • The solution must provide clear audit trails and exception tracking, offer flexible time-collection options, and support advanced scheduling and pay-rule administration. • The system must be configurable to support routine changes to fields, workflows, and reporting without extensive customization. • The respondent must describe how their proposed Payroll and Time Management solution will integrate with or interface with BSB’s existing financial environment. • The solution must support common payment methods, including direct deposit and check payment options. • The respondent must describe year-end processing support, including W-2 processing and tax-related services/responsibilities.
