Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals for the provision of two (2) SeaArk Boat packages with motors and trailers, or State-approved equals, for the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The contract is anticipated to be from May 15, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $55,000 to $80,000. Responders must submit their proposals through the SWIFT Supplier Portal, and all costs incurred in responding to this solicitation will be borne by the responder.
Some key points to consider:
• The State will consider alternative specifications than those detailed in Exhibit C, if the makes, models, or brands have comparable quality, style, and performance characteristics.
• Responders are encouraged to submit alternative boats if unable to supply the specific models called for in Exhibit C.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses received, waive or modify any informalities, irregularities, or inconsistencies in the responses received, and negotiate with the highest scoring Responder(s).
• The evaluation process will be conducted in three phases: review responses for responsiveness and pass/fail requirements, evaluate responses, and select finalist(s).
